Description

The AV:Link MPS86-4:3 is a manually operated large format projector screen with an 86 inch diagonal in a 4:3 aspect ratio. Pull the screen down to the level you want and the auto lock function holds it in place. When you release the lock, the integral spring mechanism retracts the screen back into its housing smoothly. A weighted bottom bar keeps the screen flat and stops it jamming in the case or curling.

The screen is housed in a white steel case with mounting brackets on either end, so you can fit it to a ceiling or a wall. The screen material is flame retardant and mildew proof, and a 40mm black border runs around the edge to sharpen the definition of the projected image. The matt white surface has a gain of 1.1 and a viewing angle of 100 degrees, which suits rooms where people sit off to the sides as well as straight on.

This screen works well in classrooms, auditoriums and places of worship, or any space that needs a large picture without a permanently fixed panel. The range is available in 1:1 and 4:3 formats and in various sizes, so you can match the screen to your projector and throw distance. Note that in the US these are often called projection screens; the product is the same either way.
