Description

Our AV:Link plastic brush wallplate gives you a tidy way to route cables through the wall for AV equipment. The double gang (2-gang) plate has a large aperture in the centre, so you can feed HDMI leads, speaker cable, power leads and other connectors straight through without cutting or fitting connectors first.

The aperture is filled with twin brushes that part to let cables pass, then close back around them. This keeps the opening covered for a neat finish and helps stop draughts and dust from coming through the gap. Because you feed pre-terminated cables through the brushes, you keep the plugs already fitted to your kit rather than having to re-fit them on site.

Fitting is straightforward. Mount the plate straight onto the wall, or fix it into a standard UK 2-gang back box (also called a pattress). The back box is not supplied, so pick one up separately if you need it. Made from plastic in a plain finish, it sits flush against the wall and suits home cinema, TV and hi-fi installs where you want cables to disappear into the wall for a cleaner look.
