Description

This AV:Link lead connects a 3.5mm stereo plug to two RCA plugs, giving you a simple way to join a personal music player to line-level inputs. It measures 5.0 metres, so you have enough length to reach an amplifier, mixer or hi-fi receiver without pulling the cable tight. The 3.5mm end suits phones, tablets, laptops and portable players, while the twin RCA ends split out into left and right channels.

RCA connectors are also known as phono plugs in the UK, so this lead works with any input marked either way. The two plugs are usually colour-coded red and white to help you match the right channel to the right socket. It carries a stereo signal from the single 3.5mm jack out to the pair of RCA plugs, making it a common choice for connecting a source to an amplifier or a set of powered speakers.
