Description
The Aurora is a 2-light crystal wall light with a chrome-finished metal frame supporting two white candle tubes, each surrounded by a ring of faceted crystal bobeches and cascading crystal droplets. The fitting measures 430mm wide and projects 250mm from the wall, with each arm holding an E14 bulb (sold separately).
Designed for living rooms, dining rooms and hallways where traditional decorative lighting is wanted without the scale of a full chandelier, the Aurora provides both ambient and decorative function. The multiple crystal elements catch and reflect light from the two bulbs and any other light sources in the room, creating movement and sparkle across the wall and ceiling. The 250mm projection suits walls with unobstructed space, typically positioned 1.5-1.8m above floor level to keep the droplets clear of furniture.
The chrome frame is polished to a mirror finish that amplifies the reflections from the cut crystal. Each crystal droplet is faceted to split light into prismatic effects, particularly noticeable in rooms with natural daylight or when paired with warm-white bulbs between 2700K-3000K. The bobeche rings around each bulb holder act as both decorative elements and light catchers, directing some light back towards the wall to soften shadows.
The IP20 rating limits the Aurora to dry indoor locations only — avoid bathrooms, kitchens directly above hobs, or any areas exposed to moisture. The fitting is dimmable when paired with dimmable E14 bulbs and a compatible dimmer switch, allowing the light level to be adjusted for different times of day or moods.

Frequently Asked
What bulbs does the Aurora take?
The Aurora takes 2 x E14 small Edison screw bulbs, sold separately. Most users pair this with candle-style LED bulbs between 4-6W in warm white (2700K-3000K) to mimic traditional chandelier lighting. The fitting is dimmable when paired with dimmable E14 bulbs and a compatible dimmer switch.
What wall height is recommended?
The fitting is typically mounted 1.5-1.8m above floor level, which keeps the cascading crystal droplets clear of furniture while positioning the light at a height that provides both ambient and decorative function. Avoid mounting directly above seating where the droplets might be at head height.
Can the Aurora be used in bathrooms?
No. The IP20 rating means the fitting is suitable for dry indoor locations only and must not be installed in bathrooms, kitchens directly above hobs, or any areas where it might be exposed to moisture or steam.
How is the crystal cleaned?
Wipe the crystal droplets gently with a dry microfibre cloth. For more stubborn marks, a barely-damp cloth with distilled water is acceptable, but avoid soaking the crystal and do not use household glass cleaners or sprays, which can leave residue that dulls the faceted surfaces.
