Aurelian LED Layered Arms Alabaster Chandelier - Brushed Brass

The Aurelian is a 1270mm linear chandelier built from twelve slim brass arms that cross at a central hub in a layered, asterisk-style arrangement. Each arm is tipped with a cylindrical natural Spanish alabaster diffuser, and the whole fitting runs on integrated LED rated at 40W and 3000K. The frame is solid copper finished in brushed brass, suspended from a domed ceiling cup on an adjustable rod that drops up to 1000mm.

The 1270mm horizontal span suits long dining tables, kitchen islands, hallway runs, and open-plan living areas where a single round pendant would feel undersized. The adjustable cable lets the chandelier sit 700-800mm above a dining surface in rooms with 2.6m ceilings or higher, and the rod can be shortened on installation for lower spans. The crossed-arm geometry casts light outwards along its length rather than pooling it in one spot.

Each alabaster tip is cut from natural stone, so the veining and translucency vary between arms and across individual fittings. With the LEDs on, light passes through the stone and warms the alabaster from within, picking out the mineral grain. The brushed brass finish on the copper arms reads as a soft, warm metallic that pairs comfortably with walnut, oak, and warmer paint palettes without the high reflectivity of polished brass.

The integrated LED removes the need for replacement bulbs and keeps the arm profile slim, since there is no lamp socket housing at the alabaster tip. At 40W total draw across twelve points, the chandelier provides ambient rather than task-level brightness, working best layered with downlights or table lamps in larger rooms.

What ceiling height is needed?

The fixture itself is 360mm deep and the suspension rod adds up to 1000mm on top, giving a maximum total drop of around 1360mm. The rod is adjustable on installation, so the chandelier works in rooms with ceiling heights from roughly 2.4m upward. Above a dining table, aim for 700-800mm of clearance between the table surface and the underside of the arms.

Is the Aurelian dimmable?

The integrated LED runs on 230V mains at 40W. Dimmer compatibility depends on the specific dimmer model and driver behaviour, so please contact us before pairing with a dimmer to confirm.

Why does the alabaster look different on each arm?

Each alabaster tip is cut from natural Spanish stone, so the veining, opacity, and tonal variation differ between individual pieces. This is a feature of the natural material rather than a defect, and the variation becomes more visible once the LEDs are lit and light passes through the stone.

Does it suit a long dining table?

Yes. At 1270mm long the Aurelian is sized for tables and islands of approximately 1.6m to 2.4m, where its horizontal span distributes light along the surface rather than pooling it in a single spot. For tables shorter than 1.4m, a smaller round or linear fitting will usually sit in better proportion.
