Description

Built from solid oak with oak veneer over an MDF core, our Audacious TV bench brings together honest materials and quiet engineering. We chose a Dark Oak wood for the body, so the grain reads warm and deep across the full 140cm width. The rounded body sits low at just 40cm high, and the fluted tambour doors slide rather than swing, which we like in a room where floor space is tight. Steel runs through the internal structure for stability, and the whole piece rests on four round tapered legs that keep the profile light. It is finished in Sugar Brown, a soft, muted tone that settles easily against most walls and floors.

This bench is designed to hold the everyday clutter that gathers under a television. The two tambour doors roll back to reveal storage that keeps cables, consoles and streaming boxes out of sight, while the top offers a clear run for your screen. Each internal shelf takes up to 15kg when the weight is spread evenly, and the top surface holds up to 120kg on the same even basis, so there is room for a television and a couple of accessories without any worry. At 46cm deep it fits comfortably against a wall, and the whole thing weighs 18.75kg, which two of us can position without much fuss.

Assembly takes around 30 minutes, and we supply everything you need in the box. The bench meets the EN 16121 and EN 16122 furniture standards, and it carries Global Recycled Standard and STANDARD 100 by OEKO-TEX® certification, which tells you where our materials come from and how they have been tested. It is made for indoor rooms, and we think it earns its place in a living room or snug.
