Description

Bring a sense of calm order to a room with our Audacious Dark Oak Cabinet in Sterling, a low, softly rounded piece that gives your living space somewhere to gather what usually ends up scattered. It sits comfortably against a wall in a lounge or hallway, offering a broad top surface for a table lamp base, a stack of books or a favourite bowl, while everything you would rather keep out of sight tucks neatly behind the doors. The rounded rectangular body and gently curved ends mean there are no sharp corners to catch on as you pass, which we find makes it a natural fit for a busy home.

The detail we return to most is the fluted tambour front. Rather than flat panels or hinged doors, the sliding tambour wraps across the front and curves round both ends, so the ribbed texture continues without a break and the piece reads well from any angle. It stands on four round tapered legs that lift it off the floor and keep the whole form feeling light.
