Description

Built from polypropylene, steel, aluminium and acrylic, our Asteria Table Lamp brings together sturdy materials in a compact form that we think works well on almost any surface. The design pairs a flat disc top with a slim stem set over a low round base, giving it a clean, geometric shape that keeps its footprint small at just 31cm in diameter and 41.5cm in height. At 2.32kg it feels solid without being heavy to move, and the Ruby Red finish gives it a warm, saturated tone that we find reads as a soft accent rather than a loud one.

Light comes from a built-in 13W LED panel rated at 600 lumen with a colour temperature of 3000K, which sits in the warm-white part of the scale and suits reading, working or simply softening a room in the evening. The lamp is dimmable, so we can take it from full brightness down to a gentle glow to match the time of day. With a CRI of 83 and a rated life of 25000 light hours, the LED should serve for years before it needs any attention, and there is no bulb to replace along the way. A 2m black cord is included, and we have added a USB port so a phone or small device can charge alongside the lamp.

Assembly takes around five minutes, so it is ready to use soon after you unpack it. The lamp carries UKCA and CE marks and is rated to IP2X, and we stand behind it with a 10-year warranty. Because it is an indoor fitting, we would keep it to living rooms, bedrooms, studies and hallways rather than any covered outdoor spot.
