Description

Made from steel, aluminium and acrylic, our Asteria Short Monochrome Wall Light is a compact plug-in light finished in polished brass. It is built around a polished wall plate, a short arm and a flat disc shade, all carried in the one warm brass tone, so the whole piece reads as a single clean line against the wall. A black fabric cable runs down from the plate to a plug, giving you a neat contrast against the brass and a route to the nearest socket without any rewiring. At 15cm in diameter and 9cm high, with a depth of 25cm, it holds a modest footprint that suits smaller spaces where we want light without bulk.

The built-in 12W LED panel gives 500 lumen at a warm 2700K, and with a CRI of 91 it renders colours in the room accurately and softly. The lamp is dimmable, so we can take it from a bright reading level down to a low glow depending on the hour. Rated for at least 50000 lighting hours, it is built to keep going for years, and it comes with a 2.2m black cord that reaches most sockets comfortably. We carry CE, UKCA, WEEE and IP2X markings, and the IP2X rating means this one is made for indoor use. Every Asteria Wall Light is backed by our 10-year warranty.

Setting it up takes us around ten minutes, and there is a hardwire user guide should you later wish to convert the fitting. The polished brass finish sits well beside warm woods, deep greens and off-white walls, and works either side of a bed, along a hallway, or flanking a mirror in a pair.
