Description

Cast a soft, warm glow across our walls with the Asteria Short LED Wall Light, where a flat circular disc shade sits parallel to the surface and pushes light gently outwards. This fitting is built around a short straight arm that carries the disc away from a neat round wall plate, giving you a low-profile shape that reads cleanly in a hallway, beside a bed or along a landing. The 12W built-in panel produces 500 lumen at a warm 2700K, and with a CRI of 91 the colour of everything nearby stays true and natural. It is also dimmable, so you can take the level right down for a quiet evening or bring it up when you need more from the room.

This is a single-specification piece finished in a warm Brass core colour with a Nuance Rose shade, a gentle blush tone that we like against both pale and darker walls. It measures 15cm in diameter and stands 9.6cm high, with a depth of 27.8cm from the wall to the front of the disc. As a hardwired light there is no cord on show, so the fitting sits flush and tidy with nothing trailing down the wall. Made from steel, aluminium and acrylic, it carries CE, UKCA, WEEE and IP2X markings and is rated for indoor use. The built-in panel is good for around 50000 light hours, and we back the whole thing with a 10-year warranty.

Assembly takes around 10 minutes, and we ask you to follow the hardwire user guide for the wiring steps. To keep the Nuance Rose looking its best, wipe the disc and arm with a soft dry cloth now and then, avoiding anything abrasive. Fit a pair either side of a mirror or run a line of them along a corridor, and the warm brass and blush pairing carries a calm, considered mood through the space.
