Description

Across our lighting range we stock the Asteria Plus as a set of separate products, and this is the one we have chosen to bring in with a Steel Top in the Mini size. It is a single pendant light built around a plain flat circular disc, slightly larger than the stem it sits on, with a smooth top and a straight rim. The central stem is slim, keeping the shade the focus without any layering or fuss. Made from steel, aluminium and acrylic, it weighs 1.7kg and measures 10.5cm in height with a 31cm diameter, so it hangs neatly over a side table, a reading nook or a spot in the hallway.

The light itself comes from an 18W built-in LED panel giving 1200 lumen at a warm 3000K, with a CRI of 93 for honest, natural-looking colour in the room. Rated for around 25000 light hours, it is dimmable when paired with an external dimmer, so you can bring the level down for quieter evenings. It carries UKCA, CE and IP2X markings and is compatible with track lighting, and a 2.7m black textile cord is included in the box. Assembly is straightforward and takes about 10 minutes, and we back it with a 10-year warranty.

We recommend the Nuance Olive finish where you want a softer, muted tone rather than a bright metallic look, and it sits well against pale walls, natural wood and green planting.
