Description

Our Asteria Plus Pendant Light keeps its shape simple: a plain flat circular disc, slightly larger than you might expect, with a smooth top and a straight rim. A slim central stem drops it from the ceiling on a 2.7m black textile cord, so the disc sits level and low over whatever you place beneath it. There is nothing layered or domed here, just one clean circle finished in warm brass, topped with a matching brass top. We like how the medium size, at 43cm across and 14cm tall, reads as generous without crowding a room.

Beneath that disc sits a built-in 28W LED panel giving 1600 lumen at a warm 3000K, which we find comfortable for everyday living and close enough to daylight work. The colour rendering is high at CRI 96, so the tones of food, fabric and skin stay true underneath it. Rated for 25000 light hours, it should serve you for years before you think about it again, and it is dimmable with an external dimmer if you want to soften the glow of an evening. It is made from steel, aluminium and acrylic, and it weighs 2.9kg, so it hangs steady on the cord.

Hang it above the dining table, over a kitchen island or across a reading corner, and if you run track lighting it is compatible with that too.
