Description

Compatible with an external dimmer, our Asteria Plus Pendant Light Medium gives you full control over the brightness in any room, so we can help you shift from bright working light to a softer, low glow whenever the mood calls for it. Running on a built-in 28W LED panel, it produces a generous 1600 lumen at a warm 3000K, and with a CRI of 96 the colours around it read cleanly and truly. It is also compatible with track lighting, which gives you more freedom in how and where you position it above a table, a kitchen island or a reading nook.

The design is honest and uncomplicated: a plain flat circular disc with a smooth top and a straight rim, held on a slim central stem. In Pearl White with a Black Top, it sits quietly against most walls and ceilings while the neat contrast at the crown keeps things from feeling plain. At 43cm in diameter and just 14cm in height, it spreads light widely without hanging too low, and it weighs a manageable 2.9kg. We include a 2.7m black textile cord, so you have plenty of length to set the drop you want, and assembly takes around 10 minutes.

This lamp is made from steel, aluminium and acrylic, a combination that gives a light which holds its matt finish and stays true over years of daily use. The LED panel is rated for 25000 light hours, and we back the whole piece with a 10-year warranty. It carries UKCA, CE and IP2X marks. To keep it looking its best, wipe the disc gently with a soft dry cloth. If you like a considered, low-key look, we would pair it with pale timber and warm neutrals, letting the crisp white surface and dark top do the talking.
