Description

Not a fussy, ornate fixture that demands attention, our Asteria Long Wall Light is a quieter thing: a round wall plate, a long straight arm, and a flat circular disc shade that casts light exactly where you want it. We chose the Nuance Orange finish over a warm Steel core, so the disc carries a soft, sunny tone while the arm keeps its cool metallic edge. The black fabric cable runs down from the wall plate to a plug, which means we can hang it wherever the wall suits us best, no electrician required.

This wall light is made from steel, aluminium and acrylic, and at just 804g it feels light in the hand while staying solid on the wall. The disc measures 15cm in diameter, the arm reaches out to a depth of 42cm, and the plate sits 9cm tall, giving it a long, low profile that works beside a bed, above a reading chair, or over a console below. The 12W built-in LED panel gives 500 lumen at a warm 2700K, and because it is dimmable, we can soften it right down for evenings. With a CRI of 91 and around 50000 lighting hours ahead of it, the colours in the room read true and the panel keeps going for years.

Assembly takes roughly 10 minutes, and the included 2.2m black cord gives us plenty of slack to reach a socket. It arrives CE, UKCA and IP2X marked, and we back it with a 10-year warranty because we trust how it is made.
