Reaching out 42cm from the wall, our Asteria Long Wall Light holds its flat circular disc shade at just the right distance to cast light where you want it. The 15cm diameter shade sits at the end of a long straight arm, with a slim profile of only 9cm in height keeping it close and neat against the wall. This configuration is for readers and workers alike, so the light lands on a page or a desk rather than spilling flat across the wall. At 804g it stays light and unimposing.

This is a plug-in lamp, so there is no need to call an electrician. A 2.2m black fabric cord runs down from the round wall plate to a plug, giving you the freedom to position it beside a bed, above a favourite chair or over a side table where a nearby socket does the work. The brass core colour brings a warm metallic tone that we pair with a Nuance Olive finish, a soft muted green that settles quietly into most rooms. Built from steel, aluminium and acrylic, it feels solid in the hand and takes around ten minutes to put up.
