Description

Across our Asteria wall light range we stock two core colours and six shade colours, and this is the Pearl White version on a brass core, wired for a permanent connection. It has a round wall plate with a long straight arm reaching out to a flat circular disc shade, giving you a clean horizontal line that sits neatly against the wall. Because it is hardwired, no cable is visible on the outside of the fitting, so the arm and disc read as one continuous shape. At 15cm in diameter and 9cm high, with a depth of 44.6cm including the hardwire, it holds its reach without crowding the space around it. We think that long arm is what makes it worth living with, throwing light out and away from the wall rather than straight down.

Inside sits a built-in 12W LED panel rated at 2700K and 500 lumen, giving a warm glow with a CRI of 91 for honest colour rendering. The lamp is dimmable, so you can bring it down low beside a bed or reading chair and lift it again when you need more from it. With around 50000 lighting hours behind the panel, we do not expect you to be swapping anything out for a very long time, and we back the fitting with our 10-year warranty. It carries CE, UKCA and IP2X markings, and please refer to the hardwire user guide for instructions on how to hardwire the Asteria Wall.

The lamp is made from steel, aluminium and acrylic and weighs 804g, so it feels solid without being heavy on the fixing. Assembly takes around 10 minutes. Wipe the Pearl White disc and brass arm with a soft dry cloth to keep the finish looking fresh. We like it flanking a mirror or paired above a low console.
