Description

Made from steel, aluminium and acrylic, our Asteria Long Monochrome Wall Light is a single fitting built around a polished wall plate, a long straight arm and a flat disc shade, all finished in warm Polished Brass. We keep every visible plane in the one metal, so the plate, the arm and the disc read as a continuous line across your wall. A 2.2m black fabric cord runs down from the plate to the plug, part of the plug-in wiring that lets you fit this lamp without an electrician. At 15cm in diameter and 9cm in height, with a depth of 42cm, it sits close and low, casting light along the wall it hangs on.

This is a plug-in lamp so you can position it wherever a socket allows, whether above a reading chair, beside a bed or along a hallway. The black cord is meant to be seen, tracing a clean vertical against the brass and adding a touch of contrast rather than hiding away. If you would rather wire it into the wall, the depth reads 44.6cm in that setup, and we ask that you follow the hardwire user guide for the correct steps. Assembly takes us around 10min from box to wall, and the fitting carries CE, UKCA and WEEE markings with an IP2X rating for indoor use, so we recommend keeping it to interior rooms.
