Arvello Marble Table Lamp with Fluted Brass Base - Soft White

The Arvello is a 660mm marble table lamp built around a cylindrical white marble base with sculpted brass fluting rising from the lower section. Cast brass forms vertical peaks against the natural stone, creating a textured contrast where the polished marble meets the metalwork. A slim brass stem rises from a polished collar at the top of the marble to support a 380mm soft white PVC drum shade, capped by a rounded brass finial. The lamp takes a single E27 bulb (sold separately).

Suited to console tables, sideboards and bedroom dressing tables, the Arvello works as a paired set on either side of a sofa or as a single piece on a hallway console. The 380mm shade gives a wide spread of ambient light from a standard E27 bulb, making it useful for general room lighting rather than focused reading. An inline switch on the cable allows the lamp to be turned on at the unit when a switched socket isn't directly accessible.

The marble base shows natural veining and tonal variation through the stone, with subtle warm-toned mineral lines visible against the soft white background. The brass fluting at the base is hand-finished, so the height and spacing of each peak varies slightly between lamps. At 660mm tall and 380mm wide at the shade, the Arvello sits comfortably on console depths of 350mm or more without overhanging. The combination of marble, brass, and PVC shade keeps the silhouette clean while the sculpted base adds tactile interest at eye level when seated.

What bulb does the Arvello take?

The lamp takes a single E27 (Edison screw) bulb, sold separately. A warm-white LED between 6-10W and 2700K-3000K suits the soft white shade and brass detailing well for ambient room lighting.

Is it dimmable?

The lamp itself has no built-in dimmer and uses a standard inline switch. Dimming depends on the bulb fitted and the dimmer circuit it's plugged into. Use a dimmable LED bulb paired with a compatible LED dimmer plug or wall dimmer to achieve variable brightness.

Does each lamp look identical?

No. The marble base is cut from natural stone, so veining and tonal variation differ between pieces. The brass fluting is also hand-finished, meaning the height and spacing of each sculpted peak varies slightly. This is a feature of the materials rather than a defect.

How is the marble cleaned?

Wipe the marble with a dry, soft microfibre cloth. For marks, use a barely-damp cloth with distilled water and dry immediately. Avoid household sprays, polishes and acidic cleaners, which can dull or etch the stone surface. Dust the brass fluting with a soft brush to reach between the sculpted peaks.
