Description

The Artisan is a magnetic track spotlight with a 12W integrated 3000K LED housed inside a diamond-textured matte gold cylindrical shade, mounted on a black aluminium track adapter. The spotlight clips onto the Exility magnetic track system (sold separately), allowing the fitting to be repositioned along the track without tools or rewiring. The head rotates 355° horizontally and tilts 90° vertically, giving directional control to aim light at walls, artwork, shelving or architectural features.

Designed for retail, gallery, hospitality and residential accent lighting, the Artisan pairs with the Exility 48V DC magnetic track infrastructure. The track itself recesses into ceilings or surface-mounts, and carries power via magnetic contact points rather than traditional electrical connectors. This means the spotlight can be moved and adjusted after installation without an electrician. The 12W LED provides focused downlight with a warm 3000K colour temperature suited to domestic and warm-toned commercial interiors.

The diamond-textured finish on the matte gold shade is applied to an aluminium extrusion, creating a fine crosshatch pattern that diffuses reflections and reduces glare compared to smooth polished metal. The recessed light source sits behind a HoneyComb-D38 anti-glare filter, which softens the beam edge and prevents direct LED chip visibility from typical viewing angles. The black track mount provides a neutral base that recedes visually, allowing the gold shade to become the focal point when the spotlight is lit.

The IP20 rating limits the Artisan to dry indoor environments. The 48V DC voltage requirement means it can only be used with the Exility track system and compatible driver — it is not a standalone fitting and cannot be wired directly to 230V mains.
