Description

Apollo is a textured modern rug in the Grey / Ivory colourway, with fine grey lines on a soft cream ground. The lines run straight across the middle and sweep round into wide curved arcs at each end, giving a calm striped pattern over faint, weathered grey shading. It is machine made from polypropylene and polyester, and its multi-textured pile gives the design depth you can feel underfoot as well as see.

It is made for the living room, where the quiet cream and grey sits easily with pale wood floors and grey upholstery. We sell it in five sizes. The 80 by 150cm size suits the space in front of an armchair or fireplace, and the 60 by 230cm runner fits a hallway or a narrow room. At 120 by 170cm it sits neatly under a coffee table, while the 160 by 220cm and 200 by 290cm sizes reach under the front of a sofa and chairs in a larger room.

The metallic effect yarn brings a soft sheen to the grey lines, so the rug catches the light without adding a stronger colour to the room.
