Description

The Apollo is a modern abstract rug in our Bronze / Grey colourway: broad, brushed sweeps of cream and soft grey broken by patches of rust and warm bronze. The pattern looks like weathered paint, layered and loose, with no centre to line up against the furniture. It is machine made from polypropylene and polyester, with a metallic effect yarn that catches the light as you move around the room. The multi textured pile lets the design read in relief as well as in colour, and it feels varied underfoot rather than flat.

It is made for the living room, where the cream and grey ground sits easily with grey upholstery and wooden floors, and the bronze picks up brass, copper or terracotta accents. The 80 by 150cm size suits a reading corner or the space beside a sofa.
