This is a small round glass shade with a mirrored chrome outer and a frosted funnel set inside, so light is softened before it leaves the glass. The polished surface picks up the colours of the room around it, which keeps the shade visually light in spite of the shine. At 13cm across it is a modest piece, nearer a tumbler than a bowl, and it reads as one clean shape rather than a fussy one. We stock it both as a replacement and as a way of changing the character of a fitting you already own.

It suits multi-light bars, cluster pendants and wall lights made to take glass of this size, and it earns its keep in kitchens, hallways and bedrooms where a group of small shades spreads light more gently than one large one.
