Description

The Amberley Ikat pairs a sculptured ceramic bobble base with a handmade 35cm Ikat shade in digitally printed faux silk. It is a fuller-sized table lamp at 615mm tall with a 350mm shade diameter, so it reads as a proper focal point on a console or sideboard. The base takes a single B22 bayonet bulb up to 10W. A switched metal B22 lamp holder, aged brass plated stem and silver-grey braided flex tie the base and shade together.

This lamp suits living rooms, hallways and larger bedrooms where you want both height and a soft, decorative glow. The generous pleated shade spreads light gently and gives the lamp real presence next to a sofa or in a bay window. You can choose the shade colour to suit your scheme, with coral pink, pearl grey and marlin blue options over the same white bobble base, so it is easy to match existing cushions, curtains or paintwork.

The base wears a gloss white crackle glaze, while the tapered shade is gathered and pleated by hand with taped edge detailing and a plain inner lining. The wiring is Class 1 earthed and the lamp is rated IP20, so it is intended for dry indoor rooms away from splashes. Wipe the glazed base with a soft, just-damp cloth and dry it, and lift dust from the shade with a soft brush.
