Description

High quality bevelled glass crystals sit framed within polished chrome metalwork on this four light pendant, mixing modern and classic styling in one decorative fitting. The bevelled crystals catch the light while the chrome frame keeps it clean and contemporary, giving plenty of sparkle without feeling fussy. It has a compact square footprint of 354mm and comes supplied with an additional centre stem length, so it can be set fully height adjustable from a close to the ceiling flush up to an impressive long drop. The four E14 lampholders take bulbs up to 40W per lamp.

The mix of chrome and bevelled crystal gives the Aldbourne a versatile look that suits both modern and more classic rooms, working over a dining table, in a hallway or in a bedroom. Because it can be set close to the ceiling or dropped much lower, it adapts to standard rooms as well as taller spaces and stairwells, reading as a flush fitting or a chandelier depending on how you hang it. Its square form makes a neat, contained focal point rather than a wide spreading fitting.

The metalwork is chrome plated and set with clear bevelled glass crystals, supplied with extra centre stem so you can adjust the height at fitting. As a Class 1 fitting it needs an earth connection, so it is best installed by a qualified electrician, while the IP20 rating keeps it to dry indoor rooms. To keep the crystals and chrome bright, switch off and wipe with a soft, dry cloth, avoiding abrasive sprays that could dull the plating or glass. A larger six light version is also available in the same range if you need more scale for a bigger room.
