Description

The Adastra UX120 is a compact 100V mixer-amplifier with a built-in media player, giving you a single unit that handles both source and amplification for public address work. Music playback comes from the internal player, with selectable sources including USB MP3, a DAB+ or FM radio tuner, Bluetooth 5.0, or a front-mounted 3.5mm Aux input. There is also an Aux line input with its own volume control on the front panel, so you can balance background music against announcements.

A combination jack/XLR microphone input includes switchable phantom power and an optional Vox priority function, which ducks the music when someone speaks into the mic. The amplifier produces a 120W output to either 100V line or low impedance speaker loads down to 2 ohms, switchable via a DIP switch and connected on screw terminals. Level is set with a Master volume control, and tone is handled by mini Bass and Treble rotary controls. The rear panel carries connections for a DAB+ or FM antenna (aerial in the UK) and 24V mute contacts for triggering from a fire panel or emergency evacuation system.

Each amplifier comes with brackets that let you mount two units side by side in a 1U 19" rack, or flat-mount a single unit against a wall or under a counter. The Class D design with transformer output keeps the control footprint small while still delivering the power needed for medium-sized areas. It works well on its own or paired with further amplifiers as part of a wider sound system, making it a practical starting point for a straightforward PA installation.

Yes. A DIP switch selects between 100V line operation and low impedance loads down to 2 ohms, with speakers connected on screw terminals.
