Description

The Adastra RMC120D is a 100V line mixer-amplifier with a built-in multi-format media player, made for commercial sound installations. It offers five input channels, including a balanced XLR microphone input with switchable phantom power and Vox override, two mic/line jack inputs and two RCA line inputs. The class AB amplifier section is paired with a digital switch-mode power supply and a 100V transformer, giving reliable power delivery from an energy efficient design.

Media playback is well covered. A slot-feed CD player sits alongside a USB/SD mp3 player and an integral DAB+ and FM radio tuner, so you can run stored music or broadcast radio from one unit. The Bluetooth 5.0 receiver pairs to a smartphone for wireless playback of tracks. Bass and treble EQ plus a master volume control shape the overall output, which can drive either low impedance 4-16 Ohm speakers or 100V line speakers via the COM terminals.

Rear panel switches handle mic/line selection on inputs 2 and 3, phantom power and Vox, so you can set the unit up to suit the room. The RMC120D measures 433 x 320 x 89mm and is supplied with 19-inch rack-mount ears (US: rack ears) for standard installation. An optional remote control is available separately (SPR000708). It runs from a 170-264Vac mains supply and includes a 24Vdc screw-terminal input for backup or DC operation. This is a practical single-box solution where you need paging, background music and radio from one amplifier.
