Description

The Adastra RM1202 is a two-zone mixer-amplifier built for installations where you need independent paging and background audio across two separate areas. It puts out 2 x 120W RMS, and each zone can drive 100V line speakers or low-impedance 4/8 Ohm speakers. If you only need one large zone, you can configure it as a stereo 100V amplifier instead.

You get five input channels: one dedicated microphone input on XLR, two mic/line inputs on jack, and two line inputs on twin RCA (phono). An integral USB/SD/FM player and a Bluetooth 5.0 receiver are built in, and either source can be sent to either zone independently. Channel 1 has a switchable priority (also called override) so that a paging announcement mutes the other inputs when it is in use, and it carries switchable +20V phantom power for condenser microphones. Bluetooth uses a programmable ID so you can name the unit clearly on shared sites.

The chassis is a standard 19-inch rack unit measuring 483 x 320 x 88mm and weighing 11.24kg. Power runs from a 110-230Vac IEC supply at 50/60Hz. Each zone has its own set of speaker terminals (100V/8 Ohm/4 Ohm/common) plus a line-level RCA output for feeding a slave amplifier. Frequency response is 100Hz to 20kHz, with THD below 0.76% at 1kHz. This is a practical choice for shops, offices, bars and multi-room sites that want simple two-zone control from one box.
