Description

The Adastra RM10 is a compact megaphone built for portability. It weighs just 450g without the battery and measures 220 x 140mm, so it slips easily into a bag or holds comfortably in one hand. A folding handle and wrist strap keep it manageable when you are moving around, and the whole unit is designed to be picked up and used with little fuss.

Speech is captured by the inbuilt rear microphone and amplified up to 10W, giving a voice range of around 200m. That makes it suitable for outdoor events, crowd control, sports days or site work where you need to be heard over background noise. A switchable siren function is included for alerts, so you can grab attention quickly before speaking. The megaphone (also called a loudhailer or bullhorn in the US) covers everyday announcement duties without any complicated setup.

Power comes from a removable 18650 Li-ion cell rated at 3.7Vdc 1500mAh, which is supplied in the box. Because the battery lifts out, you can carry a spare and swap it over rather than waiting to recharge. A USB to DC charging lead is included, running from a 5Vdc supply at 500mA minimum, so you can top it up from a standard USB port. This keeps running costs low and means the RM10 stays ready between jobs.
