Description

The Adastra RC15U450 is a 19" rack cabinet built to hold rack-mount equipment securely, with 15U of mounting height and a 450mm depth. It's constructed from 1.2mm cold-rolled steel with folded edges for strength and stability, and finished in epoxy powder coating in RAL9004. Front and rear rack strips are supplied and mounted to internal rails, so you can adjust the mounting depth to suit equipment with overhanging fittings or to support the rear of heavier units.

Access is straightforward. The side panels clip in and out for easy access when you're wiring or servicing gear, and the front door is removable. That door carries a pane of 5mm tempered glass flanked by folded steel edge panels, and it can be set to open from the left or right to fit your space. The door locks and comes with two keys, so the contents stay secure. Top and bottom knock-outs give you tidy routes for cable feeds, and the vented top panel helps with cooling, with a cut-out ready for a fan if you need one.

You can wall-mount the cabinet using the fixing apertures on the rear panel, or leave it free-standing. Maximum static load is 100kg total across the frame, and the cabinet meets ANS/EIA RS-310-D, IEC297-2, DIN41491 and ETSI standards. It's part of a range available in two depths and several rack heights, so you can match the size to your install. A practical, secure choice for professional rack setups.
