Description
The Adastra MM240 is a compact 1U mixer-amplifier (mixer-amp) that combines mixing, media playback and stereo power in a single rack unit. It delivers 2 x 120W RMS into 4 Ohms, giving you enough headroom for a full music and voice installation or a mobile PA system. The built-in media player covers a DAB+/FM radio tuner, USB audio player, 3.5mm aux input and a Bluetooth receiver, so you can play back from a phone or tablet without any extra kit.
Three mono inputs connect via XLR and can be switched between microphone and line level, with switchable +20V phantom power on each for condenser microphones or D.I. boxes. Channel 1 includes a variable priority function, which ducks the other inputs when you speak, useful for announcements over music. Two stereo auxiliary line inputs use RCA (phono) connectors, and a stereo line output is provided for feeding other equipment. The Bluetooth receiver carries a unique serial ID so it stays identifiable in multi-unit setups.
Front panel controls cover media, three mic/line channels, two aux inputs, treble, bass and master level. Rear panel adjustments include the priority muting level plus mic/line and phantom DIP switches. Main left and right speaker outputs use standard Speakon (SPK) connectors, letting you run 2 or 4 speakers. A 24V emergency mute contact silences all channels except channel 1, which suits venues that need a clear override path. The unit runs from a 100-240Vac IEC supply, making it a practical fit for functions, conferences and fitness classes.

Frequently Asked
How much power does the MM240 output?
It delivers 2 x 120W RMS into 4 Ohms across the left and right channels, enough for a music and voice installation or a mobile PA.
What audio sources are built in?
The media player includes a DAB+/FM radio tuner, USB audio player, 3.5mm aux input and a Bluetooth receiver for playback from a phone or tablet.
Can I use condenser microphones?
Yes. Each of the three mic/line inputs has switchable +20V phantom power, so you can run condenser microphones or D.I. boxes.
How do the speaker outputs connect?
The main left and right outputs use standard Speakon (SPK) connectors, and you can wire in 2 or 4 speakers.
What does the priority function do?
Channel 1 has a variable priority function that mutes the other inputs when in use, ideal for making announcements over background music.
Is there an emergency override?
Yes. A 24V emergency mute contact silences every channel except channel 1, giving you a clear path for priority messages.
