Description

The Adastra L25 is a powerful, durable megaphone (bullhorn) built for outdoor use. Its 25W amplifier and anti-feedback microphone project clear sound up to a range of 700m to 1km, depending on conditions. That makes it a practical choice for events, crowd control, sports days, marshalling and site work where you need to be heard across a distance.

The pistol grip handle puts the trigger switch under your fingers, and the microphone adds a push-to-talk switch plus a rotary volume control. Built into the unit is a switchable siren function for when you need an attention-grabbing alert rather than speech. The horn is made from strong ABS with a rubber edge protector to cope with knocks and everyday handling, and a comfortable shoulder strap is included so you can carry it hands-free between uses.

Power comes from 8 x C batteries (12Vdc, not supplied) for portable operation. For longer sessions there's a 5m power lead with a cigarette lighter plug to DC plug, so you can run it from a vehicle's 12Vdc supply. The L25 measures 335mm long with a 230mm diameter horn and weighs 1.65kg, and the strap is 1m long. It's a straightforward, robust unit that does the job without fuss, ready to grab and use whenever you need clear projected sound outdoors.
