The Adastra KV8 is an 8-inch, 2-way passive ceiling speaker built for clear music reproduction in a low profile design. It uses a glass-aramid cone for the main driver, paired with a coaxial dome tweeter mounted on a wave guide baffle. This layout helps spread sound evenly across a 120 degree dispersion angle, so the listening area stays consistent rather than tied to one spot beneath the speaker.

Each speaker runs on a full 2-way passive crossover network, which splits the signal between the low and high frequency drivers for an accurate and efficient frequency balance. Rated at 80W and 8 Ohms, the KV8 suits amplifiers working on low impedance rather than 100V line systems. The braced ABS basket keeps the driver stable, while the heavy duty glass-aramid cone handles power without losing composure at higher volumes.

The magnetic steel grille sits flush and frameless, with no visible clips or screws, so it blends into the ceiling once fitted. It has a powder coated matt finish and lifts away magnetically for painting or maintenance. Note that the KV8 is supplied individually, so order two units for a stereo pair. This model works well in homes, shops, offices and bars where you want tidy overhead sound.
