The Adastra DRS-9U is an open format rack stand for holding 19" equipment on a desktop or work surface. It gives you 9U of mounting space in a frame that sits neatly on a bench, so you can stack several units together without needing a full cabinet. The open design keeps your gear accessible from all sides, which helps with cabling and airflow when you are setting things up.

We supply the stand as a 5-section kit that goes together quickly. It comes with the rack mounting hardware you need, a pre-punched rack strip for fixing your equipment, and anti-slip rubber feet to keep the frame steady on the surface. The depth is 450mm, giving room for a good range of shorter rack units while keeping the footprint compact. Because it is a flat-pack kit, it stores easily before assembly and is straightforward to put together with basic tools.

This is a practical option when you have a handful of 19" units to bring together and a full cabinet would be more than you need.
