Description

The Adastra BG5T-B is a full-range 2-way background music speaker built for indoor or outdoor use. It pairs a durable polypropylene low frequency driver with a dome tweeter, housed in a moulded cabinet with a clean, contemporary look. The IP54 rating means it stands up to dust and splashing water, so it works well on covered patios, entrances, walkways and other exposed areas where a standard speaker would struggle.

It runs on 100V line systems or 16 Ohm operation, giving you flexibility across small and large installs. A rotary volume tapping switch lets you set the level at each speaker, and both this and the spring terminals sit behind a protective cover at the rear to keep connections shielded from the weather. That combination makes wiring straightforward while keeping everything safe from the elements once the job is done.

Each speaker comes with a laterally adjustable wall mounting bracket that also sets to various tilt (pan and tilt) positions, so you can aim the sound accurately across the space. The moulded PP cabinet carries an aluminium grille and gives a 120 degree dispersion angle for even coverage. Clean-line styling and accurate sound reproduction make the BG5T-B an easy choice for installers and audio system designers.
