Description

FR-90 is a penetrating oil built for freeing seized and rusted fasteners. It shocks rust down to -40°C, cracking the surface layer and creating micro-fissures. Those tiny cracks let the lubricant work its way in faster, so you can get bolts, nuts and other stuck parts moving with less effort. The exact freezing effect depends on the starting ambient temperature, but the principle stays the same across the range of jobs you might tackle.

The formula is silicone free, which means it is safe to use on all metal surfaces without staining. It also works on most plastics, painted surfaces and rubber coatings, so you can reach for it around the workshop, garage or on machinery without worrying too much about what sits nearby. The 500ml aerosol comes fitted with a 360° valve, letting you spray from any angle, including upside down, which helps when you are working under vehicles or into awkward gaps.
