Description
These are white PVC 3D wall panels, each a 50cm square carrying a single classical medallion. At the centre sits an oval ring about half the panel's width, bound with crossed ties at four points, inside a stepped frame with a small rosette at each corner. Long acanthus leaf scrolls curl out on two opposite sides, and fan-shaped palmettes spread on the other two. A triple moulded band with rolled ends runs round the edge, so when the panels are joined the medallion repeats across the wall in a grid. The mouldings stand out in a relief 12mm deep, enough to give each scroll and ring a clear shadow line.
They are made for interior walls in homes, offices, hotels and shops, wherever a plain surface would suit a little period character. Run them across a whole feature wall and the repeating medallions read like the panelled ceilings of an older townhouse. The pattern changes through the day: in soft, even light the oval rings and rosettes sit quietly, and when lamps or a window throw light across the wall from the side, the leaf scrolls and moulded bands pick up stronger shadows. Four panels cover one square metre, which makes working out how many your wall needs a simple sum.
Each panel is formed from a 0.8mm PVC sheet, and PVC is waterproof, so the surface wipes clean with a damp cloth and takes little upkeep. Fitting needs no special equipment: spread adhesive on the back of the panel and press it onto the wall, cutting panels to fit at the edges. Fill the joins with filler and wipe away the excess for a neat finish. Adhesive and filler are sold separately. For a balanced look, start with a full panel at the centre of the wall and work outwards, so any cut pieces fall evenly at both sides.

Frequently Asked
What does the Acanthus Oval Medallion pattern look like?
Each panel carries one classical medallion: an oval ring bound with crossed ties, a stepped frame with corner rosettes, acanthus leaf scrolls on two sides and palmettes on the other two, all inside a moulded border.
How big is each panel and how many will I need?
Each panel is a 50 x 50cm square, so four of them cover one square metre. Measure your wall in square metres to work out your total.
How are the panels fixed to the wall?
Spread adhesive across the back of each panel and press it firmly onto the wall. You need no special equipment for the job.
Is there anything else I need to buy to fit them?
Yes, you will need to buy adhesive to fix the panels and filler for the joins, because neither comes with the panels themselves.
Can the panels be cut to fit my wall?
Yes, they can be cut to fit at the edges of your wall. Once they are fixed, the joins are filled with filler and wiped clean.
How do I clean the panels?
The PVC is waterproof, so a wipe with a damp cloth keeps the white surface clean, and the panels need very little maintenance.
