Description

The Knightsbridge 45A DP switch is a double-pole cooker or shower isolator switch built to a 2-gang faceplate size (146mm x 86mm) with a single large red rocker. The white thermoset resin plate has a 7mm gentle contour with rounded edges and carries anti-microbial properties tested to ISO 22196:2011, making it suitable for kitchens, utility rooms and bathrooms where hygiene standards matter.

Designed for high-load appliances such as electric cookers, ovens and showers, the 45A rating handles up to 10,350W at 230V. Double-pole switching isolates both live and neutral lines when switched off, providing complete circuit isolation for safe appliance servicing or maintenance.
