This 2W G9 LED bulb is a compact capsule lamp that gives a warm white light at 3000K with a gentle 200 lumen output. The frosted polycarbonate body softens the light and hides the diodes, so it looks tidy in open fittings where the lamp is on show. Its two pin G9 base pushes straight into the standard G9 holder, making it a low energy replacement for the small halogen capsules once common in wall lights, pendants and decorative fittings. It sips power while doing the same everyday job.

Warm white at 3000K keeps the light soft and homely, which suits bedrooms, living rooms, hallways and the many multi lamp fittings that rely on little G9 capsules. Because the frosted cover diffuses the glow, it is kind on the eye in shades and clusters where several lamps sit close together.
