Description

The Knightsbridge CBL22BK is a 1000mm bollard light with an integrated 22W SMD LED module that produces 360° indirect light output through a horizontal aperture band near the top of the column. The die-cast aluminium and stainless steel housing carries an IP65 weatherproof rating and IK08 impact resistance, allowing the bollard to be installed in driveways, garden pathways, commercial forecourts and public realm applications where both weather exposure and potential physical impact require robust construction.

Designed for pathway, driveway and perimeter lighting where indirect illumination is preferred over direct downward beams, the bollard casts warm white 3000K light in all directions from the horizontal band, creating a soft ambient wash on surrounding surfaces without creating glare for approaching pedestrians or drivers. The 160mm diameter column gives the fitting a visible presence during daylight while remaining proportionate for residential garden paths and commercial walkways. The bollard is supplied with a 1m outdoor-rated cable terminated with an IP68 cable gland and an anchor bolt mounting kit for fixing to concrete bases or hard landscaping.

The matt black powder-coated finish provides a durable, low-maintenance surface that resists UV degradation and maintains colour consistency across outdoor installations. The constant current LED driver is integrated within the bollard housing and delivers 2690 lumens from the source, with the indirect 360° distribution producing 370 effective lumens at ground level. The L70B50 rating of 45,000 hours indicates the LED will maintain at least 70% of its initial output after approximately 15 years of typical evening-only use. The Class I electrical rating requires earthing during installation.
