The Knightsbridge 20AX DP grid module is a single-width switch component designed for use within the Knightsbridge modular grid system. The module clips into compatible mounting frames from the front, allowing for custom multi-gang switch configurations without needing to rewire the entire grid if a single module needs replacing or repositioning.

Designed for residential and commercial installations where multiple switch functions need to be grouped in a single faceplate, the grid system allows electricians and specifiers to combine switches, sockets, dimmer modules and data ports in one frame. The 20AX double pole rating handles loads up to 4,600W at 230V, making it suitable for high-draw circuits including immersion heaters, cookers and large lighting banks. Double pole switching isolates both live and neutral lines when off, providing additional safety over single-pole switching.

The module measures 24.8mm wide, matching Knightsbridge's standard single-width grid format. The anthracite finish is a dark grey-black tone that pairs with contemporary interiors and coordinates with other anthracite components in the Knightsbridge range. The ABS and steel construction gives the module durability in regular use, and the IP20 rating confirms suitability for dry indoor locations. The module requires a minimum 35mm back box depth behind the mounting frame.
