Description

The Knightsbridge 2-gang modular faceplate is an 87.5mm square polished chrome screwless plate designed to accommodate euro-module inserts for custom AV, data and telecom installations. The faceplate accepts either two 25x50mm euro modules or a single 50x50mm euro module, allowing installers to build bespoke configurations combining TV coax, HDMI, Ethernet RJ45, USB, telephone and other low-voltage connections behind a single faceplate.

Designed for residential media walls, commercial meeting rooms, hotel headboards and office workstations where custom connectivity is needed, the screwless cover plate clips onto a separate steel sub-frame fixed to the back box. This means no visible screws or fixings on the wall once installed, giving a cleaner finish than traditional screw-fixed plates. The 4.3mm projection from the wall keeps the faceplate flush with most contemporary wall finishes.

The polished chrome finish provides a mirror-bright reflective surface that pairs well with modern kitchens, bathrooms and chrome hardware throughout contemporary interiors. The steel construction carries a Class I earth terminal and IP20 rating for indoor dry-location use. The integrated gasket between the cover plate and sub-frame provides a snug fit and hides the back box aperture once the plate is clipped on. Required back box depth varies depending on the euro modules installed, with most standard modules requiring a 25mm minimum depth.
