Description

The Knightsbridge 14W LED bulkhead is a 305mm diameter surface-mounted fitting with integrated SMD LEDs delivering 1300 lumens at 4000K cool white. The white polycarbonate housing carries an IP54 rating, protecting against dust ingress and water spray from any direction, making it suitable for hallways, stairwells, covered porches, garages and storage areas where moisture or particulate exposure is a concern.

The bulkhead mounts directly to the wall or ceiling via a rear base plate with two fixing points. The 84mm projection from the mounting surface positions the diffuser clear of uneven brickwork or external cladding. The 110° beam angle provides broad illumination coverage suitable for general area lighting rather than focused task lighting. The Class II double-insulated construction means no earth connection is required during installation.

The polycarbonate body resists impact and UV degradation better than acrylic alternatives, maintaining clarity and strength over the fitting's rated 30,000-hour lifespan (L70B50). The white finish blends into standard ceiling and wall colours without creating a visual accent. This version is non-dimmable and operates on 230V 50Hz mains without requiring external drivers or transformers.
