Description

This Knightsbridge 10m HDMI cable delivers HDMI 2.0 specification with 18Gbps bandwidth, supporting 4K resolution at 60Hz, HDR, 3D and Audio Return Channel (ARC). Gold-plated connectors at both ends provide low-resistance contact for consistent signal transfer between source devices and displays.

Designed for connecting 4K TVs, projectors, AV receivers, gaming consoles and media players where a 10m span is needed between equipment and screen, the cable suits home cinema installations, conference rooms and commercial AV setups. The nylon braiding around the cable core resists abrasion and the overmoulded strain relief at each connector prevents cable damage at flex points during installation and adjustment.

The black and grey braided finish integrates into entertainment systems without visual clutter and the 10m length allows routing behind walls, through ceiling voids or along skirting boards in larger rooms. The cable construction maintains signal integrity across the full 10m run at 4K@60Hz without requiring an active repeater or booster for typical residential and office installations.

The cable supports 4K resolution (3840x2160) at 60Hz refresh rate under HDMI 2.0 specification. It also supports 1080p and lower resolutions at higher refresh rates, and carries 3D, HDR and ARC signals.

Is 10m too long for a 4K signal?

No. This passive HDMI cable maintains 4K@60Hz signal integrity across the full 10m length without requiring an active repeater for typical installations. Signal degradation becomes a concern beyond approximately 15m on passive cables, but 10m is well within reliable passive cable range.

What devices is this cable compatible with?

Any HDMI-equipped device including 4K TVs, projectors, Blu-ray players, gaming consoles (PlayStation, Xbox), AV receivers, media streamers (Apple TV, Roku, Fire TV), laptops and desktop PCs with HDMI output.

Does the nylon braiding make the cable stiff?

The nylon braiding adds abrasion resistance without making the cable excessively stiff. It remains flexible enough for routing through wall cavities, cable management channels and around corners during installation.
