The Knightsbridge 1-gang modular faceplate accepts a single 25 x 50mm euro module insert, allowing custom configurations for TV, data, HDMI, USB or telephone connections. The screwless cover plate clips onto a separate steel sub-frame fixed to the back box, leaving no visible fixings on the wall once installed.

Designed for bespoke AV and data installations in homes, offices and hospitality spaces, the faceplate suits locations where a standard single-gang back box is already installed but the outlet type needs to be tailored to specific equipment. The 87.5 x 87.5mm footprint matches standard UK single-gang dimensions, fitting over 25mm minimum back boxes. The 4.3mm projection from the wall keeps the profile low.

The smoked bronze finish is a dark metallic brown tone with subtle surface texture, sitting between brushed bronze and matt black in appearance. The premium-grade steel construction carries a 25-year warranty and an IP20 rating for dry indoor use. The faceplate includes an earth terminal for grounding the metal sub-frame where required by installation regulations.

The faceplate accepts any standard 25 x 50mm euro module insert, including HDMI, USB, RJ45 data, coaxial TV, telephone, or blank plates. Modules are purchased separately and clip into the aperture behind the cover plate.

What back box depth is required?

A 25mm minimum back box depth is needed. The screwless cover plate adds 4.3mm projection from the wall surface once installed.

Is the screwless plate removable?

Yes. The cover plate clips onto a separate steel sub-frame that is screw-fixed to the back box. The cover can be removed for redecorating or module changes and re-clipped without disturbing the wiring.
