Description

The Zoom is a 60mm recessed LED downlight with an integrated 6W module running at 3000K colour temperature, housed in a black cast aluminium body rated to IP65. The downlight sits flush with the ceiling once installed, with a black baffle aperture that recesses the LED source and reduces glare. The 90 CRI rating renders colours accurately under the warm white light.

Designed for bathrooms, kitchens, hallways and sheltered outdoor areas where moisture protection is required, the IP65 rating allows the fitting to be installed in zones where water spray or steam is present. The 60mm cutout and 60mm installation depth fit standard ceiling voids and plasterboard thicknesses found in UK residential construction. The recessed mounting hides all wiring and driver components above the ceiling line, leaving only the black aperture visible.

The cast aluminium construction provides structural rigidity and heat dissipation for the LED module without adding excessive weight to ceiling fixings. The black powder-coated finish absorbs rather than reflects ceiling light, keeping the fitting visually recessive in white or light-coloured ceilings.
