The Zero is a 495mm flush ceiling light with an integrated 48W LED and a switchable colour temperature control that toggles between 3000K warm white, 4000K neutral white, and 5000K cool white. The circular white acrylic diffuser sits 70mm from the ceiling and spreads 4600 lumens across the room, providing broad ambient light without visible hotspots or lamp elements.

Designed for living rooms, kitchens, hallways and bedrooms where ceiling height is limited or a low-profile fitting is preferred, the Zero suits rooms between 12-18m² depending on layout and desired brightness. The CCT switch on the fitting itself allows users to change the light temperature without replacing the LED or fitting a separate dimmer, making it practical for multi-purpose rooms where light needs change during the day — cooler 5000K for task-focused mornings, warmer 3000K for evenings.

The white acrylic diffuser is a single moulded component that clips onto the metal base, allowing the entire LED array to be concealed behind an uninterrupted surface. The flush mount keeps the fitting within 70mm of the ceiling, making it compatible with standard 2.4m ceiling heights and functional in rooms where a pendant would hang too low. The 48W output at 4600lm provides approximately the equivalent of a 300W halogen or incandescent fitting, but runs cooler and draws less current.

Mantra manufactures the Zero in Spain, and the fitting carries a 3-year warranty. The integrated LED is rated for approximately 25,000 hours of use, which translates to around 6-7 years of daily evening use before noticeable lumen depreciation. The fitting is not dimmable, so the CCT switch is the only light control method available beyond the wall switch.

How do I change the colour temperature?

The CCT switch is located on the fitting itself, typically accessed during installation or by removing the diffuser. The switch toggles between 3000K warm white, 4000K neutral white, and 5000K cool white. Once set, the fitting remembers the selection until manually changed.

Is the Zero dimmable?

No. The integrated LED is not compatible with dimmer switches. Light control is limited to on/off via the wall switch and colour temperature selection via the CCT switch on the fitting.

What room size does it suit?

The 4600lm output suits rooms between 12-18m² for general ambient lighting. Larger rooms may benefit from pairing the Zero with a second fitting or supplementary task lighting.
