Description

The Zaria II is a 213cm-wide suspension light from Schuller carrying 29 amber acrylic diffusers arranged in a cascading arc along a gold-finished metal frame. Each diffuser houses an integrated LED module, totalling 105W of 3000K warm-white light output across the entire fitting. The structure sweeps in a curved line from a single ceiling rose, suspended on adjustable cables that allow height and angle adjustment during installation.

Designed for large-volume spaces where a single centrepiece fitting is needed in place of multiple smaller pendants, the Zaria II suits dining areas longer than 2.5m, hotel lobbies, entrance halls, and commercial hospitality settings with ceiling heights above 3m. The included TRIAC-compatible dimming driver allows light levels to be adjusted from full output down to around 10%, controlled via a standard trailing-edge wall dimmer. At 213cm wide and 138cm tall when fully extended, the fitting requires adequate clearance below and above to accommodate the arc without the diffusers encroaching on circulation space.

The gold finish on the metal frame reads as a warm metallic tone rather than a high-polish mirror surface, pairing with brass, bronze and warm-toned timber interiors without clashing with cooler finishes nearby. The amber acrylic diffusers scatter the light softly rather than projecting hard-edged beams, creating a diffuse glow across the room rather than concentrated downlighting.
