Description

The Zaria is a 96cm linear bar pendant with five amber acrylic shades suspended from a matt black metal canopy with warm gold detailing. Each shade houses an integrated LED module, combining to deliver 21W total output at 3000K and 1,391 lumens. The pendant includes a wireless RF remote control and driver supporting 0-10V dimming systems, allowing brightness adjustments without wall switches.

Designed for kitchen islands, dining tables and long work surfaces, the Zaria's linear configuration distributes light evenly across a 2-2.5m counter or table length. The adjustable drop from 25cm to 150cm allows it to be set 70-80cm above a worktop or dining surface depending on ceiling height. The matt black frame with gold accent rings contrasts with the warm amber acrylic, which diffuses the LED source and prevents glare at eye level when seated.

The amber acrylic shades are moulded with an irregular sculpted surface that catches and refracts light differently depending on viewing angle, adding visual texture beyond flat diffusers. The combined weight of 5.68kg gives the pendant a substantial presence suited to open-plan kitchen-diners and hospitality settings. The Class 1 electrical rating requires an earth connection during installation, and the IP20 rating limits use to dry indoor locations only.

How does the dimming remote work?

The pendant includes an RF (radio frequency) wireless remote and 0-10V compatible LED driver. The remote controls brightness without requiring line-of-sight, so it works through walls and cupboards. The driver is installed in the ceiling void during fitting.

What length table or island does it suit?

The 96cm width works well over tables or islands between 2-2.5m long. The five evenly-spaced light sources distribute illumination across this length without leaving dark patches at the ends.

Can it be installed on a sloped ceiling?

The pendant uses cable suspension rather than rigid rods, so it can adapt to slight ceiling slopes. On steeper slopes the five pendants may hang at slightly different angles — check the assembly instructions for maximum recommended slope.

Is the amber acrylic easily cleaned?

Yes. The sculpted acrylic shades can be wiped with a dry microfibre cloth or a barely-damp cloth with water. Avoid abrasive cleaners or solvents that may damage the acrylic surface or leave residue.
