Description

The Yarmouth is a 2-light wall lantern with an open metal frame in painted aged brass, holding two E14 candle bulbs on traditional curved arms. The frame uses a tapered square profile with a crowned arch at the top, creating a lantern silhouette without glazing panels. Each bulb sits in a turned metal cup, exposed within the open frame.

Designed for hallways, staircases and corridor walls where traditional lantern styling suits the architecture, the Yarmouth projects 111mm from the wall and stands 248mm high. The open frame allows light to cast in all directions rather than being boxed behind glass, making it effective as ambient wash light in narrow passages or as accent lighting flanking a doorway or mirror. The fitting mounts to a standard UK back plate concealed behind the lantern body.

The painted aged brass finish shows a warm bronze tone with darker antiquing in the recesses of the metalwork, giving the piece a slightly aged look that pairs with traditional brass hardware, dark wood furniture and heritage-style interiors. The metal frame is substantial enough to read as solid metalwork from a distance, while the open construction keeps the visual weight lighter than a fully enclosed lantern of the same size.
