Description

The Wolmora is a matt black ceiling fan with an integrated LED light. It has an ABS body, three long, sculpted blades that curve like leaves, and a slim downrod that rises to a neat round canopy. It measures 132cm in diameter and 29.5cm high, a wide span suited to a larger room. At the centre of the blades sits a milky acrylic diffuser over a 16W integrated LED giving 2,100 lumens, so one fitting gives you both moving air and light. It is rated IP20, which settles where it goes: indoors, in a dry room, never a bathroom or a covered porch.

Because it pairs a fan with a light, it suits rooms where you want both from a single ceiling point: a bedroom on a warm night, a dining room where people linger at the table, or a living room that catches the afternoon sun. The black blades make a crisp, graphic shape against a pale ceiling and sit happily alongside timber, linen and greenery. The light is dimmable and offers three colour temperatures: 3000K for a warm, relaxed evening, 4000K as a neutral white and 5000K as a cooler, crisper white for reading or tidying.

The fan has five speeds and is reversible. You can choose anything from a firm breeze to a gentle movement of air, and change the direction of the blades as the seasons turn. A remote control comes in the box and the fan is controlled by it, so you can change the speed from your chair or your bed. It runs on 220-240V, 50Hz mains, and as a wired-in ceiling fan it should be installed by a qualified electrician. The installation instructions are available as a download. The packed weight is 7.866KG, so have a second person to hand when it is lifted into place.
